Advanced Agility 1

The Advanced Agility 1 class focuses on handling techniques needed to move efficiently through increasingly difficult sequences and courses. Course analysis and  how to choose between handling skills are also emphasized in this class.   Dogs should be completing all obstacles at full height except for the weave poles. This course is designed to be repeated and most students at this level are competing or are ready to start.

Requirements:  Dogs 18 months and older, Intermediate Agility 3 Class or equivalent

                           and demonstrate proficiency on all competition obstacles except the weave poles.

Description:      Serpentine, Pinwheel, 270 degree jumps

                           Front, rear, blind crosses, discriminations

                           V's,  reverse V's, distance work.

Test:                    Inclusion based on instructor recommendation.
