Terms and Conditions
  1. Field practice is only for dogs and students actively enrolled in PBH classes.  Special permission must be obtained before anyone other than the enrolled student can handle a dog during field practice.  Special permission is also required to use the field for dogs not enrolled in classes.
  2. Field use passes may be purchased by students who have completed at least one session of Intermediate Agility or above and are currently enrolled in PBH classes. Session passes cost $30 per session. Annual passes are available for $150 dollars. Active PBH Assistants get a 50% discount on practice passes. Active PBH instructors have free use of the field for practice during practice hours.
  3. Practice pass holders may use Agility field 1 (jumping field), Agility Field 2 (standard field) or the covered arena for practice. The pastures may be used for tracking and other training-related activities (not as a dog park).
  4. Practice hours are 8:00AM to dusk when the field is not in use for other PBH activities. Check the PBH Calendar on the web site for field availability.
  5. You must sign in and out when you use the field so that we can monitor field use. A clipboard for sign-in is located in the covered arena next to the cabinet. Please check the white board for announcements when you sign in.
  6. If you arrive and someone else is already using the field, they have 30 minutes to finish before turning the field over to you. Sharing the field is done by mutual consent only. Never enter the field without permission when someone else is using it.
  7. If you move equipment during practice, you must put it back how you found it before you leave. Use extra jump bars to mark the location of jumps or other obstacles so that they can be replaced exactly as you found them when you leave. Targets should be returned to the basket or under each end of the A-frame and dog walk. The A-frame should be left at competition height (black marker) and the height of the dog walk and teeter should not be changed for practice. Any equipment that is not in use may be used for practice but should be moved off the field before you leave. Failure to follow this rule will result in the restriction or elimination of field practice.

I have read the policies related to field practice and agree to the terms and conditions. I hereby waive and release Pet Behavior Help, Inc., its officers, employees, members and agents from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage which I or my dog or any other persons accompanying me may suffer, including specifically, but without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from the participation in an athletic activity or the action of said dog or any other dog, and I expressly assume the risk of any such damage or injury to myself, my dogs and any other persons accompanying me while attending any training session or other function of the center, or while on the training grounds or the surrounding area thereto.
