PBH Agility is now offering weekly run-through classes in both Agility and Rally obedience to present handlers with the opportunity to run competition courses with treats and toys and as many positive training tools as needed.

AGILITY Run-Throughs

Description:

An Advanced agility course will be provided each week.   A Jumpers course will be set on the first run-through of the month, otherwise it will be a Standard course.

RALLY-O Run-Throughs

Description:

A Novice course will be provided each week.

Format:

Each dog/handler team will have 2 minutes on the course to practice, alternating turns with the other teams present.

Requirements:

    1. Dog must be able to safely perform all obstacles presented to the dog (i.e. if your dog does not do the teeter at full height, you can come to the run-throughs as long as you have enough control over your dog to skip the teeter). Dogs who do not meet these criteria in the opinion of the PBH-designated monitor will be asked to leave and refrain from returning until they have advanced in their training.
    2. Handlers must use appropriate and positive training techniques. Handlers who are unsportsman-like or use overly harsh methods in the opinion of the PBH-designated monitor will be asked to leave.
    3. Handler must provide proof of vaccinations and sign a waiver.

Cost:

$5 per dog per or buy a PBH Frequent Flyer card and get 5 runs for $20 or 10 runs for $35.  These cards may be used by one handler with multiple dogs and are good for both agility and rally run-throughs.  Cards expire after 6 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy:

There will be no sessions in rain, snow, below-freezing temperatures or high heat index. There will also be no sessions on holidays and some weekends with local agility events.

Consult the web calendar for scheduling and weather-related cancellations.
